Our gin 

Being firm believers in the adage 'What grows together, goes together' our London Dry Gin is a luxurious well balanced gin, which will impress traditionalists and modernists alike. 

 

It is distilled with 11 different fine quality botanicals, including green pepper, hibiscus, rosemary and citrus. A good quality tonic, with a slice of lemon, blood orange or pink grapefruit makes the perfect accompaniment. 

 

Our second venture is a Rhubarb and Ginger Gin. 

 

We wanted to make a natural Yorkshire Gin, one which the drinker could decide the sweetness of. We add no sugar throughout the process, resulting in a powerful flavour, and a warmth of ginger at the end. Pair with a Mediterranean tonic, a slice of orange, and you'll have a super smooth drink with the perfectly sweet aftertaste.
